Neil Perkins has worked as an independent consultant in the world of television since 1994, specialising in on-camera presentations, interview for the production of sports programmes, script work and assistance in the production of sport's documentaries and features.
He is also a guest commentator and presenter for Sky Sports' 'World Motorsport' programme.
